  My girlfriend Ordered pizza and lava cake.... the order was fine and great... But they gave us some else’s pizza... I called them 2 times and I was on a forever hold... they kept answering the phone and putting it on hold.... howthey better not charge my card a penny extra

  This location takes too long to deliver food.. and when it comes it doesn’t even taste fresh as if your just getting it. Carry out will is way better!

  I’m pretty sure Domino’s doesn’t know how this establishment operates. Not from NY so maybe I’m just tripping, so is it a NY thing for your delivery drivers to stay in the car when delivering Pizza?..I’m all for an active lifestyle but, wow!! I literally just received the worst customer service experience ever!!..first it was, “yow, your pizza is outside”... then i had to go walk to the car, pay and was basically told that the little change that’s left is a tip..i just had to laugh man, this is definitely different...won’t happen again though, I promise that..

  Never received my order. I have been waiting for over an hour and my mom is a diabetic. We only live 2 blocks down the street from them. Called once they said the driver was near our location he had one order before us. The second time I called they answered then hung up on me. The third time I was not told there were 3 orders before me. The fourth time the manager lied to my mother and told me she called my phone multiple times meanwhile my cell phone never received a call. Will never place another order here ever again. I am grateful we were only going to pay with cash.

  If I could give a 0 I would. It’s been 4 hours! Can you believe this? They had my order wrong. The guy was pretty cool; said he’d send my order within 25mins. I’m still here waiting. I am about to drive over there. What a disappointment!
