  Shawnas customer service is amazing I could tell I was dealing with a professional who wanted to do my order to the best of her ability. For that she's earned a 5 star review from me and I will refer more business to this Papa johns

  I don't have a problem with this place. This is my go to pizza. I order online and call just to make sure they got it. The evening/night supervisor is great. I told him that I thought my last order was a bit skimpy and he said he would take care of it. My pizza arrived fast, hot, and full! Yummy.

  Frozen pizza and pizza from this place is no difference. I ordered a small pizza and it tasted like a frozen pizza... shame on you.

  Not only if they make a mistake picking your order phone which happens once in awhile but they also treat you as an extra item for your meal which I think is a OnePlus for me My family enjoying Papa John's

  Ordered from here (online) for my company ( a not for profit organization). As a confirmation, the store employee called to verify the order. I informed the employee that I have a completed tax exemption. He informed me that I could only use the exemption in person although the store has a working fax machine. I told him that's a silly request and he can't possibly expect a business to travel to their store to hand deliver a form that could be faxed. He said those are the orders from the store owners. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. Well, store owners you need to do better if you expect reputable businesses to continue doing business with you. Every other restaurant receives tax exemptions via email or fax. This is a poor business practice.
