::The service is quick but when they make mistakes they are not apologetic instead they seem rather inconvenienced. Training is needed in customer service. Food otherwise is good.

::Pizza was great took forever to arrive. Closest Domino's location is 4 blocks away but won't deliver due to "location contracts". So I won't be ordering anymore unless my pizza can actually arrive on time.

::I started back ordering at this location against my good sense and once again they disappointed me. I ordered on the app and wacthed the tracker then waited for an hour. I checked the tracker and it said that my order was of the oven at 8:26 pm I call and was on hold for 30 minutes. So while I was on hold I want to the store which is 4 blocks away. When I arrived at the store I heard phone ringing off the hook no one answering them. Finally someone I have cannot be helped the young lady was very nice but then I was insulted when she tried to give me the pizza that was sitting out of the oven for over an hour. At that point I asked for a full refund because I was not about to wait for another pizza to be made. So if you ever have a urge to have pizza for dinner. Just call Kings Pizza or go to Little Caesars on 125th I will never order anything from this Domino's ever again

::No problem with the service. Usually get it on a timely basis. But, if yall stopped raising your damn delivery fee ($4), your delivery people might actually get a tip. They either use a bike or walk. How yall charging $4 if they're not using gas? The one I use in NJ charges $3 because they DRIVE, and I have no problem tipping them.
