::Ordered pizzas that never came. Unfortunate for them as a business, as we order pizza often where I work(normally around $60-$80 each order). And with Toppers right down the street (who we ended up ordering from tonight while we waited) delivering before the time they said they would, this will be the LAST time we ever order from Papa Johns. Sorry Papa, Toppers Pizza was better too!

::Ordered a pan pizza and the delivery was quick, which was great, but when I bit into it the dough was only half way cooked with the top half of it completely raw. So I called and I could tell this wasnât the first time this has happened bc the girl in the phone seemed about me calling with this complaint. I was told âyou have to click well done otherwise thatâs the way it comesâ Iâve never gotten a half raw pizza from papa Johnâs before so Iâm assuming they donât have the correct temperature or some setting for their pan pizzas proper. She did offer reluctantly to replace the pizza but even at well done Iâm not sure it would have been cooked right so I just said no and hung up. No apologies or anything so thatâs why the review. Again never had an issue like this before.

::This went down tonight. I pre-ordered my meal 7 1/2 hours in advance. My food came late, by 47 minutes. And it was cold to boot. So I made an executive decision while on the phone with an employee at this Papa Johnâs, I didnât pay for my meal in full. I took part of my payment and tipped the driver because itâs not his fault, Took another portion back and put it in my pocket, and they only got 3/5 of their actual payment. Bad service equals short pay. If they have a problem they can hit me up they have my info. Point blank. I donât normally have a problem with Papa Johnâs but today they hit their fail bar real high. And now that Iâm eating my food my cheese sticks to the wrong ones. Youâre supposed to be Tuscan six cheese and their regular cheese sticks how do you eff that up?

::Waited two hours for a pizza just to be informed it had been cancelled. Called the store and was told they'd called me (they hadn't) about delivery being late. It's now midnight and supposedly I'll get a pizza in another 60-90 minutes. This Papa John's location consistently provides the worst customer service experience you will ever have the displeasure of receiving.
