  The customer service here is Outstanding. I was greeted with a "welcome to firehouse" and smiles from everyone. The atmosphere here was welcoming and friendly. I would Definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. I can't wait to go back and try another great sub.

  I called in to place a to-go order which my husband went and picked up. I was extremely polite although I could not understand the person on the other end of the phone. He did not ask my name or give a specific time for the order to be picked up. When my husband returned with the bag, we noticed the receipt said “white gurl” where my name should have been if he would have asked it. This typically isn’t a huge deal but all I can do is imagine if roles were reversed and I did this to the man who took my order...I can’t imagine what would happen to me as an employee. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
