  Two orders in the last few weeks - Abysmal each time. March 28th: Placed an online order about four hours in advance, to be delivered that day at 6PM. Pizza wasn't delivered until after 6:30, driver said "Sorry, your place is hard to find." I didn't make anything of it, thought it was a one-off thing. April 4th: Place an online order 3 hours in advance, again, to be delivered at 6PM. Around 6:30 I called the store to complain and spoke with David (from reading the reviews, might be the manager)? He gave a half-hearted "Sorry" and said they experienced a rush and it should be there within the next five minutes. Almost 30 minutes later, as I'm getting ready to call again, the pizza guy shows up and was friendly - a little too friendly considering the pizza was an hour late at this point. So, 'nuff said - I realize my problem is insignificant in your busy pizza world, but please, if I place an online order three or four hours in advance, why should this be affected by "the rush?" Probably going to switch to a rival pizza chain from now on.

  I always order from here because its in my area. When I normally place an order I ask for well done, but when I get the pizza is always burnt. So this time I didn't ask for it. Finally got my pizza (which was cold by the way) and is undercook, and somewhat slimy and chewy. This will probably be my last time ordering from this PapaJohns.

  Always order from the same location and either they had a new guy or a guy who usually doesn't do deliveries but either way he was super cool. I live in an apt complex and he called so he could get better direction and he was sweet. Also he asked if it was okay for the person at home could sign or for him to wait until i got home. Lastly, after he dropped off the pizza a few mins later he comes back just to drop off cheese and peppers. For real though, who would come back just to give cheese and peppers?

  Always late even if it's carry out - whoever is in charge needs to learn how to staff property - it's not the employees fault

  I ordered my food online at 8:01. The order confirmation said it would take 20-30 minutes. I got there to pick it up at 8:30 and they told me it would be an additional 6-7 minutes. It was so hot while I was waiting inside you'd think they didn't have air conditioning for their employees. This is Phoenix in June! You need A/C! And employees were standing around acting like they didn't know what to do. The employees were even yelling at each other. Employees were not wearing gloves and they just started making my pizza when I got here. Still waiting... I highly advise AGAINST this Papa John's location!
