  Whatever. This place has some sort of reputation for being better than Subway but, except for the somewhat better bread, I see no difference. In fact, they have fewer ingredients for the sandwiches. Also, while I.was at this location, the manager was bellowing away inside the hard surfaced, echo-y eating area about his difficulty in firing one of his employees. He was telling this story to one of his employees in a very gosspy way ... Most inappropriate.

  This place is fast. They really do pride themselves on being quick and accurate. They've got a friendly staff that is always helpful. This location gets super busy. Order online and pick up through drive thru. They also do large orders for businesses. Really convenient to downtown. Limited parking.

  I didn't know they were as fast people said. I ordered my sandwich and exactly 30 seconds later (I counted) it was ready. They're above average cold cut sandwiches with good mayonnaise. I wish they had salt and pepper on the tables and some hot sandwich options.

  I would give this place 5 stars on the service. I gave 4 because of the food. The subs are good but pricey. Add a $1 for cheese. And they go WAY overboard on the lettuce.

  Jimmy John's is a solid no frills sandwich spot that people either love or hate. It's all in the bread and I happen to love the sandwhiches. The only knock I have is that sometimes they shout out the name of the sandwich, without noting modifications and then drop the sandwich at the end of the line allowing it to end up in the wrong hands. My advice is to wait online during busy times and then get your drink filled only after scoring your sandwich.
