  Good service, but wings were rubbery, i am guessing they are baked? Crust was decent (pan), but pizza was was not. Cheese was not cooked fully. Was my first and last time at Papa John's.

  I placed order online for 2 large pizzas and paid for them on card. Email said 25 minutes they would be ready. Got to store and they were not made. They said I must have ordered them at different location, but my email which they looked at, showed it was the store on 231 W Thomas Rd. The girl working the counter said they have been having this problem happen. They then took the info off my screen to make them for me. She told me they couldn't comp me for the pizzas because I had already paid, but they would comp me next time. I said directly to her "How are they going to do this", and she replied just tell them what happened and there would be no problem. I called store tonight to order and spoke with Amanda and she said she shows I got my pizzas on the 6th of May and I don't have note on acct saying I am due anything. I told her the girl couldn't note orig order because it never showed there. Papa John's should be ashamed of themselves for providing such poor service to long time customers and will not get my business anymore.

  Ordered a pizza and garlic knots . Told 45 minutes. After 2 hours I called and at first could not find my order. Then was told drive lost her keys. 20 min later it arrived.. cold . Garlic knots burned, and the sauce for them well they closed the box on it causing it to leak everywhere. Not good...

  Orders 3 pizzas for delivery. At 10:25 am Was promised delivery within 37 minutes. Pizza still have not been delivered and it has been over an hour and a hald.. called manager 3 separate times and was assured that it has left the store. hen was told the driver had car issues, then was told they never left to begin with. No communication.. horrible service.. and I'm sure pizzas will be ice cold when they finally do arrive.
