  We ordered from here and i recommend not following suit. All of our food was covered in hair did not taste good at all. Undercooked, soggy, distasteful, you name it. Highly recommend not ordering from Lucky Kitchen.

  Recently order some food from here. General tso's that looked nothing like it was supposed to and was a blubber like consistency, beef lo mein that was extremely bland and akin to what you can get at a mall food court, crab puffs that were mediocre and steamed dumplings that were ok. Overall for the price paid it was very poor quality. Would not recommend ordering from here and will not be getting food from here again.

  I arrived one afternoon to a completely empty restaurant with my dad. I had a drink from circle k in my hand. Before even saying hello I was greeted with "no outside drinks" so we suggested that we we leave to no objection. Apparently they don't want business that bad. Rude af.

  Horrible place to order from. Yes the food is cheap. Yes the food is edible. Today I ordered food online. I have a confirmation email saying that my food is ordered. The delivery time is 45 minutes. After an hour I decided to call and see what the problem was with my delivery. The woman on the line said they have no record of the order. She said it happens alot. Is this suppose to be an excuse for people not getting their order? Is this answer really acceptable? As hungry as I was I asked how quickly they could get it to me. Once again I received the 45 minute response because that’s how long it takes the driver to get back. I even asked if it took 45 minutes to cook the food, she confirmed that it’s the delivery drivers time! To some it up, horrible customer service, unreliable service, excuses for every reason they restaurant has problems and they never take responsibility for themselves. BEWARE!!!

  I can't believe some of these reviews that I'm reading, but everyone has their own experience. Personally I love this place! I recommend it to everyone. I eat there at least 4 times a month and not really willing to eat Chinese anywhere else. Lucky Kitchen has not failed me. Sidenote: I get the exact same thing every time so yeah
