  Got the order wrong, then we had to drive all the way back across town because the manager didn't believe us. This location has went downhill. Staff is incredibly rude.

  James is the worst manager you could ever meet. He puts on a front like he's a nice guy in front of customers, but behind the scenes he is the most uncaring and narcassistic person you will ever meet. He will tell his employees that he's better than them, belittle them in front of customers and higher ups, and send his employees home over his own fault. If you ever see him beware of him. I personally have overheard him belittle his customers, as soon as someone walks out the door he'll bad mouth them. He's talked about female customer's rear ends for example(something he's done countless amount of times). Papa John's on Bryan Station as a whole would be such a better place without him, customers and employees would be so happier and satisfied with their service to without James in their presence.

  LOVE LOVE LOVE This place!! Especially the manager, James!! He's not only a cutie but he's a heck of a worker!!. Best employee ever!!. Not so much the new black girl they got working their now!!. Please BEWARE of her!! She's rude, messes up your order, and Lord, if she smiled, it would crack her face!!!!😕. But the food is the bomb shigity!
