  takes over an hour to get one pizza. on a Wednesday. i would understand if it was the weekend. i mean

  In December I found a hair in my pizza... I’m a brunette, it was blond, and it wasn’t a hot string of cheese because I pulled the slice straight out of my fridge. I was grossed out but I also realize that’s life and I wasn’t paying to eat at a five star restaurant. A few months before that our pizza delivery was a little over an hour late. My husband and I recently ordered pizzas or pick-up (tbh, I forgot about the hair incident). The Papa John’s app notified us that our order was ready for pick-up but we get there to find out one of our pizzas was “lost.” We had to sit and wait for approx. 15min, which is when my growing frustration reminded me of the hair I previously found in my pizza😒. I’ll be going to Pizza Hut from now on. They also have a rewards program and it’s way better anyway.

  It's sad that only the few ppl that have a bad experience are the ones to leave reviews!! This is one of the buiseiest PJ stores in town so you may have to wait for great pizza during peak ordering hours but it's for sure worth the wait!!! Love it Customer service is unmatched by far

  Third time in a row I have ordered a buffalo chicken pizza that shows up without the buffalo sauce. Such a simple detail that ruins the pizza. I'm sick of paying top dollar for a product that isn't right. If I could give zero stars I would.
