  Heard today, from an employee behind the counter, while waiting 25 minutes for two bagels that never actually materialized: "yeah, we only have one trash can for the entire store." It's like Russian roulette with your order, maybe you get it, maybe its wrong, maybe you wait 30 minutes for nothing. Sloppy preparation, argumentitive management...go to starbucks, Dunkin donuts down the street, or even Subway.

  Well hair in my food, rude manager, incorrect food along with the hair, and an argument about getting a side of avocado.... needless to say don't stop in.

  I feel like Panera is the Starbucks of sandwich shops. But, in this case, there are no pretentious hipsters behind the counter staring down their noses at this blue collar veteran. The ladies at the register were friendly, and answered all my questions without making me feel like I didn't belong here. That goes a long way with me. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be stopping in for a bite. Cheers!

  I want to start off by saying that I rarely ever post reviews. I give every restaurant the benefit of the doubt and weigh multiple options and situations before posting a review... especially a low one! I have ordered from this particular location 5-6 times over the last 6 months and all but once have I had a decent experience. My food typically arrives 50-60 minutes LATER than I'm initially told. Due to this, my food is always lukewarm; sometimes cold to the point I've had to reheat it. I decided to give them another shot today and low and behold I had the same issues. I called this location and spoke to a girl there. After being put on hold for nearly 10 minutes, she came on the line to tell me my order was almost on it's way. I asked if it was fresh or had it been sitting on a shelf waiting on the driver. She asked if I wanted her to check, I said yes and so she hung up the phone on me instead of checking. I tried calling back 3 additional times and nobody would answer the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

  Worst Panera I’ve been too. I’ve been to several Panera Breads in several states and this is the worst. As soon as we ordered the man comes over to the kiosk and says they are out of the pastries we order. He asked what else would we like then we go to our seat only to have a lady scream the name out and tell us they are out of banquettes so would we like chips or fruit. I didn’t the options and asked excuse me as soon as I said that, the lady next to her looked at me and said she’s asking what do you want. Chips or fruit. In a raised and rude voice. We then went to our seats expecting since we used the kiosk and got a buzzer it would go off when our food was ready. But instead of the buzzer going off the lady yells again our name. I got my salad which I was pathetic. I paid extra for avocado and received avocado skin instead and only one piece. I decided against asking for some avocado since my husband asked for a clean spoon after his spoon was dirty, they gave him a spoon with food on it so he asked for a plastic spoon they didn’t have any. So he went into the bathroom and cleaned his dirty spoon so he could eat his lukewarm soup.
