::Fantastic service when I went, the lady was helpful and appreciative. Love Dunkin donuts flavor options, they don't charge extra for them. One of my favorite places to get coffee.

::This place was terrible! I got a large vanilla chai tea with almond milk and found myself sipping A BUG out of my drink! When I went back, the lady working, Tony, got a huge attitude with me and said I would just have to call in the morning. I was scared to even call because I didn’t want to hear the manager say that there was still nothing they could do and I would just have to deal with wasting my money and having a bug in my mouth! I am so disappointed because I LOVE Dunkin, but that was inexcusable.

::Very friendly service! We used a parking meter out front to park. Not sure if there is a parking lot nearby. But the donuts, coffee and food were great and the service was wonderful.

::The donuts and coffee were acceptable. The ladies in the store were unhappy that I didn't place an order for 3 boxes of Joe early and 3 dozens of donuts. They did get my order but complained about it. If I wasn't desperate, I would not have purchased from them. If I am ever back in Nashville and need donuts and coffee for a training, I will not come here. The manager was however nice and thankful.
