  The first time I ordered delivery, they forgot my ice tea.. and didn't offer any compensation. I just ordered a second time and got a bottled tea which is much smaller but the same price??

  I went in this morning. I ordered bacon, cheese, and egg white on a bagel but all I got was egg on a bagel which was greasy. Terri was nice, but I might have confused them. I also ordered a Chai Tea Latte that tastes like lemon for some reason. I sat down at a very visible table after I paid for my food but apparently I was supposed to go to some hidden window for to-go orders, which NO ONE told me about. I was given an attitude when I didn't go to this mysterious window and the guy handing out the food was rude about it because he had to take maybe 10 steps to come find me. 1/10, would not go again.

  Saleslady I had was awful. Hardly any bagels out front and later learned they were all in the back. She finally went to the back because of the other saleslady said what I wanted was in the back. She was lazy.......

  Nice alternative to usual soup and sandwich, good food but the budget is up a notch. Good baked goods.

  I haven't been to this Panera location in a while because of a bad experience I had with the food there several months ago, but I had a taste for a salad and was in the neighborhood so I thought I'd give them another try. I only ordered a chicken caesar salad and waited 25 minutes!!!! for my order to come up. Seriously, 25 minutes to prepare a salad? And it wasn't even that busy when I placed my order. At 20 minutes I almost cancelled it and left, but I just waited it out. The service was definitely too slow, especially in light of the simple item I ordered. When I consider this in addition to the bad food experience I had some months ago, I'm not sure if I'll be willing to give them another chance in the future.
