::Well, its McDonald's. Its iconic. It symbolizes everything junk food. However, the food is not junk at all to be honest and the atmosphere is much more comfy and neat than a typical fast food. Do not expect to get a mega large meal.

::They took forever with my order. The cashier was efficient enough but after he took my order I turned invisible. Was trying to get my drink cup while I was waiting. When I finally received my food my order was not correct. I ordered a filet-of-fish add lettuce, was charged for it, but they neglected to add it. When I brought it up to the counter the manager at me so what do you want me to make you a new one or can we just throw lettuce on this one? How's that for customer service

::Waited forever in line. Then after getting order, my granddaughter started eating her Happy Meal and started crying. They forgot her fries. Thanks for taking the Happy out of Happy Meal. I gave her my fries. Other than that, the kids at pay window and pick up window were nice. Good for them! And the food was good. So kudos for those things.

::Although it took 18 minutes from the time i pulled into the drive through to the time i left with my small order, the way i was treated was FAR above par. The lady that both took my order and accepted my payment while i was in the drive through from 10:05 to 10:23 this evening was kind, professional & courteous. To the point that i felt the need to tell her so after our transaction. She simply stated that she lives by the golden rule, "treat others as you would like to ve treated". Good job McDonald's. Give this woman a raise and put her in charge or Human Resources. So i gave this particular McDonald's a four star rating instead of a five star rating because well, let's be honest, it took 18 minutes. Great job though otherwise on customer interactions.

::That one lady who works overnight is awesome. She takes the orders on the drive through. Her voice is like the female version of Morgan Freeman. A nice lady. The food here is always crispy and fresh. Actually both of the overnight ladies are very nice. They seem like they run a tight ship and I respect that.
