::Not Allergen Friendly. I have a food allergy and try to order a customized bagel sandwich. Nothing hard in my opinion, just removal of basic ingredients (e.g. no cheese). On multiple occasions they add the allergic ingredients to the sandwich and I always have to ask them to remake the sandwich. This has happened multiple times the last year. Either they need to update the workers' screens to better help their staff to make the correct order or they need to better train their cooks/workers. They keep making the same mistakes, time after time. This used to be such a good place to conveniently get well made food. Their food service has definitely gotten worse the last few years.

::Love this Waugh Chapel location. Broccoli cheddar to die for and Cobb Salad and that dressing are a wow! Also great room to sit and chill in. Oh yeah and had to have my mocha!!

::This is what I consider my home-base Panera out of 3 that I frequent in the local area. I enjoy the wide diversity of offerings and the ambiance of the establishment. It is a fun social meeting place, after a while you recognize the regulars and waitstaff which adds to the atmosphere.

::I am not sure what happened but they are not as good as used to be. Souffles are never available and workers do not even say hello. Customer service here is highly lacking. I have stood waiting to order and no one has even paid me any attention. The food is your normal panera food and I have only recieved one wrong order. I am posting a picture of the lobster roll which was okay but lacked flavor.

::The Panera in Gambrills has dropped the ball too many times now that I am obligated to write this review. From missing a whole meal within an order, incorrect items(no bacon on sandwich when ordered), and now poor quality ingredient(see avocado in pictures). For all your customers please get it together with the quality & consistency of orders. At this point, I will not be ordering from this location until I hear that things have improved. I gave two stars since it's hit or miss with them, like 2 out 5 orders are done well and as expected. Note: the issues have been experienced while ordering rapid pickup order & delivery only.
