  It's only a one star because I can't rate it any lower. Customer service is incredibly terrible. Store manager walked away from me as I was asking for help You may like their bagels, but God help you if you need service in this restaurant .

  I like to come to Panera for a change of scenery yet unlike advertised, they weren't playing any classical music, which is why I originally liked coming.

  You know what you are getting with Panera... except when they get some of your order wrong. They fixed our order without a hassle.

  Turkey bravo Sammy and spicy Thai salad didn't break my diet and was delicious! I've always thought I didn't like Panera... I'll gladly eat my words (and dinner) after this experience!

  The food and service were very good. I had the steak and cheese panini with a small bowl of broccoli and cheese soup. My son had the chicken tortellini. Both dishes were very tasty. The reason for 4 stars is because my soup spoon needed another trip through the dishwasher.
