  I oidered a bottle opener from Katie over a week and a half ago. Gave her my bank card number and was processed and never received my order. I called my bank to ask why the charge never fell through and contacted Katie to ask why I never received the order. She was very nonchalant and said she didn't know why I never received it. That possibly when she hit the submit button it probably didn't go through because they were doing an update. She offered to submit the order once again and I would have to wait for another week and a half for this little bottle opener. My boyfriend who has become handicapped and very dependent on things of these natures had been expecting it for days check in the mail and what not. So now I will have to find someone new to order from. Not a great experience.
