Upon check in the guy at the front desk was rude when we asked questions about the facilities. Our room was modern, But we had to call maintenance to hook up our TV and several lights. In addition we had to file a complaint due to findings 3 bugs 1 being a small roach on the 18th floor! No one tells you about the fine print, we were charged $36.27 for resort fees per day! They told me these fees were for the free shuddle service that we never used, free workout room, free Internet, and free sana. Even though the sauna was an additional $25.00 per day to use. So at the Palms, nothing is free! Ask for doubles when gambling, since it is "free" just tip the waitress good! There are much better hotels for their price in Las Vegas.

Modern room design with very reasonable prices, the casino and resort is average for Vegas, but price is cheaper than most. The location is a bit far from the strip, but they have a shuttle bus to Caesars Palace. Overall, good room size and quality for below average pricing!

Love this studio. I always stay at this studio whenever I get a chance to visit Las Vegas. The view from balcony is breathtaking.

Facilities in good repair. Girlfriend said it smelled weird. I didn't smell anything. Beautiful view from our 53rd floor suite.

For our first trip to Las Vegas we decided to spend 2 nights in the Palms Place. This hotel is nice but not perfect. I was happy to see that they offered free self parking and that the rooms were nice but it seems like a lot of riff raff end up staying here. On our first night we ran into 2 couples on the elevator that were arguing and one of them was obviously on some sort of narcotic. The rooms themselves are nice, they are very roomy with a great bathroom and a kitchenette. It was nice having the kitchenette but they do not provide any cookware, dishes, or utensils in the room. I think that you have to ask them to provide them. I am nor sure if there is a fee. It was nice to at least have a small fridge to use for items we picked up at the grocery. Overall, this is a nice place to stay and I might stay there again.
