  The Rio is no longer running the shuttle over to the strip, so you have to take a cab, or ride share service. They also don't run the Masquerade parade in the sky anymore. I have stayed at the Rio multiple times, and it definitely feels as though it is getting worse, not better.

  Carpets in our rooms filthy. Casino dirty and slow workers. No pay puts!

  Just checked in, this place is filthy..couch has good stains and front entrance is filthy. Walls by elevators are all marked up and dirty. This place is has really fine down hill. Never staying here AGAIN, plus the Legionares outbreak here a couple months ago...not gonna shower here, gonna go to the gym at golds. Especially since the gym here closed at 7pm...so horrible anything to keep you in the casino. Next they will take television out of room...no refrigerator anymore in the room either. Place is such a dump...go elsewhere.

  Have been coming here for years. Loved the fact that they offered shuttle service to the strip. Came back this year to be told they no longer offer it. Several other changes have occurred that we are not pleased with. Very disappointed

  There are shops, entertainment, bars and restaurants on two floors, surrounding a casino floor. Escalators and an elevator to help you access the second floor.There is the new Kiss mini golf course and merchandise store that is like a museum at one end. It is a must see for Kiss fans. The new Smash Burger on the second floor is a great place for a tasty treat.
