  Excellent food, mediocre service. I got the 12 oz rib eye and the girlfriend got the tilapia with crab lumps. Both were incredible. We also tried the appetizer wings which were great as well. Work on the customer service and this is an easy 5 stars.

  I like the "we will text you when your table is ready option" service is great and price reasonable. Exactly as ordered. Well run restaurant.

  Honestly hadn't been here in 6-8 months because of crappy service on 4 consecutive visits, and food that wasn't consistent with the brand. Decided to give it a shot tonight. Sat at the bar and received excellent service from "Heather". I had prime rib, sweet potato and cesear salad. All prepared to perfection. I'm hoping that this indicates new management.I'll be a frequent visitor if this type service and quality of food continues.

  Had a big family gathering(16 people) for my wife’s great grandfather’s 70th birthday. The waitress was an older woman with glasses. Her name escapes me but she did a great job. Food was on time and came out hot. Drinks refilled and even when the bar made a flat adult drink for my wife she got it fixed. My only negative experience was the dishes from the table could have been taken away more from the table. Afterward individuals at the table finished eating at different times. Having other waiters to help her out.

  It's Outback, it's always good. I can only remember one negative experience many years ago, and it was probably an average experience anywhere else. Service is fast and friendly since then. Food quality is always good. Management almost always makes a point to swing by and check on you. This location is as good as any Outback. Prime Rib here is one of the best available!
