  If you must eat out..change your destination to Genghis Grill..there's no going wrong by eating healthy and extremely good food. I'm thinking about stock options..just super good is all.

  Very disappointed in the management here. Normally a great place to eat. However when we sat down at a table we were asked to move because of the size of group. Then when they instantly placed the family that came in behind us in the table we were sitting at instantly and told us it would be 25 minutes till they could seat us. They also told us they could sit us if a couple left but they hadn’t ordered and were basically just “hanging out”. The manager should have asked them to move to one of the tables that was secluded so we could have sat together. Even if they said no, then he would have done his due diligence for customer service. Very sad because the food is amazing. Dissapointed.

  I love Ghengis grill but unfortunately my experience at this particular one was sub-par, average at best. Our food was not cooked properly. The dumplings we ordered were overcooked while the shrimp in our pasta was undercooked. The particular waitress we had forgot to get us our drinks and seemed to be lacking in training. This may not necessarily be the waitresses fault as the entire location was very disorganized. Hopefully the leadership team over this location can step up and make changes for the location.

  First time at one of these restaurants. Zach is a great server, very personable, and (not to be a creeper) a total hottie!! The food is freshly cooked, reasonably priced, and very good. Fast, too!

  This place used to be awesome. Used to be. The service was great, waitresses and servers were cool and the food was hot and good! But every time I come in this always happens. The service was EXTREMELY slow, our waitress wasn’t very waitress-like. She had no emotion to her face or the tone of her voice and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. She didnt place our app order... And not to mention that the place was literally freezing cold!! It’s understandable when a work place is a bit chilly since the employees tend to get over heated, but we couldn’t stand it we had to rush to get out of there!! The food took forever to come out and it was burnt ): My family has been coming for as long as I can remember and we’ve lived here for 30 years. It just seems that this place has gone down hill little by little in the past few years. We’ll be going to the location off 35 for now, I suppose /:
