  20 minute wait even though the restaurant didn't looked packed. Got to our booth, were missing napkins, utensils & there was food under the table. Waitress brought out plates with the appetizer and the top plate wasn't clean, there was an onion on it. Ordered the 4 course meal with a sirloin steak. Food took 30 minutes and all four courses came around the same time. Kid who brought the food was kinda loud, but maybe I'm nitpicking. I got a prime rib (I hate prime rib 😣) instead of the sirloin and it was cold. Told the waitress my order was wrong, she said it wasn't. Tipped her anyway, I know my experience wasn't all her fault, but not the full 15%. End of the day they took it off the bill and explained the kitchen was backed up because of graduation parties. Not my issue as a paying customer but ok. Damage was already done. Wouldn't tell anyone not to go there, probably was just a bad day for them. But I wouldn't chance coming back with all the other options around.

  The food is excellent, service is good, but the waiters and waitress have to look better, more professionals, please! This place is so nice and confortable, I love this place.

  The food was very good. Very pricey as expected. My husband and I shared an appetizer steak quesadilla and the Drovers rib and chicken platter. We werent able to finish everything but the amount of food given was worth the money. Also i had a rum punch thats not at all strong in taste, but it definitely gave me a nice buzz. My husband had a Jameson and Ginger ale and this was a good pour as well. Service was good from our waitresses as well as the waiter who brought put our food. The host(s) barely acknowledged us. There were 3 people standing there and not one of them said a single word to us. For a Friday night it was not as crowded as anticipated but still pretty lively. It was very clean; silverware was polished. There were spills throughout the floor and I was on crutches and not looking to fall.

  As busy as the restaurant was on a Saturday night, the service and food was very good. Sadly, the restaurant was out of hot sauce which would have went great with the meals ordered. Next time I'm in town , I will go back here.

  I reserved for a party of 30 guests. We had an excellent dinner from beginning to the end. The food very tasty, the servers, and manager was very pleasant and polite. They allowed us to stay and relax with our guests, they did not rush us out on a Sunday dinner. Our waiter who handled us was very patient with us, he made all special requests happen, he def deserves a RAISE. I'm hoping the management there recognizes he and the staff that worked on 2/18 worked hard and they showed it. We will def be back to Secaucus Outback.
