::Unfortunately this wonderful restaurant is located in a hotel full of awful staff. We were almost hit by a vehicle whe trying to enter the building. The person who almost hit us was there to pick up s hotel employee. Hotel staff laughed as it happened. We asked the staff member to report it and pulled out cameras, only to have the man speed off through the parking lot towards pedestrians . When we spoke to what appeared to be the parking lot manager Ethan he seem to think it was no big deal. He actually laughed about the situation refused to help us get the name of the employee, and made it clear that because we hadn’t made it into the restaurant yet we were not customers and needed to leave. I’ve heard wonderful things about this place. I guess I’ll never know thanks to Ethan at the Marriott.

::My family loved eating dinner here while staying at the hotel. I loved my beet salad and my husband loved his lasagna. The kids were happy with their food and the bread and marinara is outstanding. We would definitely go here again. Service was great!

::The experience we had at Osteria Pronto was phenomenal! Our server, Jessica, provided great service! We told her we were celebrating my girlfriends' birthday and she had the entire staff personally sign a birthday card provided by them, definitely made us feel appreciated! The food was fresh and delivered to our table quickly! The Sea Bass entree was amazing, highly recommend!! I even had to thank the chef personally! If you've never been but constantly pass by from time to time, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. You would not be disappointed! Thanks again to everyone at Osteria Pronto, you guys provided a memorable night for us!!
