  Brought my car in for bodywork after someone hit my brand new car. It took them a month to fix it and evenI picked it up I was far from satisfied. The panels were gapped, the trim was sloppy, debris trapped under the paint, interior had paint splattered on it, even the black tape looked look it was thrown on without effort. To top it off there was additional damage to my car on parts that weren't affected by the accident. The service advisor I was working with told me they would make it right and gave me a rental a week later while they fixed their mistakes. They still didn't get my car back to normal, in fact the second time around my car was worse than before. There is chunks of paint missing from the bottom rocker, scratched paint on the bumper, looks like they GLUED the door panel to the frame instead of installing it properly, the list just goes on... They wouldn't take responsibility for a lot of the issues and blamed then on the dealership I purchased from. The service advisor went as far as to LIE to my face about the 50 miles they put on my car when they said they had it towed. Did I mention they gave me a bogus report for the alignment that they said they did? Yeah.... I'm not happy. Won't be returning. Ever.

  I bought my first new car from O'Relly's in 1978 and continue to have them do all of my service work. When I had a small accident on my 2014 Equinox, I used them for my body and paint repair. The repair turned out better than I expected. The paint matched perfectly, red is a hard color to match. Paul was my contact there and did an excellent job of keeping me informed and having it done on time and on estimate. I would use their Collision Center if ever needed again.

  O'Reilly Collision Center is the best Body Shop in Tucson. Their facility is state-of-the-art and they keep you posted on the progress of the repair process almost always getting the job done before their timeline. They look after every detail and get it right the first time!

  These guys are great! Took my car here after a minor accident in a parking lot that damaged my rear bumper, and my car looks brand new again! Paul kept me informed every step of the way, and he even helped wash my car to have it ready for me to pick up at the time we discussed! It was so easy and hassle free, as they take care of the insurance part as well as the repairs. These men and women go out of their way to make sure you are truly taken care of in every aspect wether it be customer service or dealing with insurance companies! I couldn't be happier with the service I received!
