  I like how engaging it is, which keeps me motivated. At the end of class I can tell I’ve had a total body work out.

  Orange theory is the right combination of cardio and weights. I love their weight loss challenges they have periodically. I used to think I’m doing too much cardio or I need more weights the classes offer the best of both worlds. I think of it as muscle preservation too much cardio breaks down muscle and too much weights has a adverse effect. I lost 20lbs by joining OT in MAy and been able to keep it off doing low carb. I like that there are kinds of ppl that go beginners and advanced so not everyone looks like a model. Highly recommend. I do the elptical machine at every class so they have low impact machines! Tell them Jamie sent u! See u at OT!

  I have fallen in love with Orangetheory! I love that the workouts combine strength training and high intensity interval training. The staff is fabulous, and each trainer works to ensure that members are doing exercises correctly to get the most out of their training sessions and keep their bodies safe and healthy. The members encourage each other to push past their perceived limitations and never give up! Best gym in the city!
