::My group of 7 women did a private class as part of a bachelorette weekend. It was easy to schedule via phone and emails. We loved our experience. The staff was so friendly! Our instructor was awesome. The studio is adorable. Several of us said that the yoga class was the best part of our weekend in Nashville.

::Second time to the studio and I arrived 15-20 minutes before class with about 6+ other people we were all waitlisted as soon as we walked in so we signed in and sat in the lobby ready and watched as tons of other people who signed up through Mindbody went in the class, the part that was most upsetting was there were other people (about 5) who were waitlisted on Mindbody who showed up at 12:05 and were still let into the class even though they were late and the six of us were sitting for twenty minutes. The instructor asked the second instructor if he wanted to teach an overflow class of about ten people and he laughed. We started to leave and as the door was closing she finally said “sorry,guys”. I’m glad I only bought a 30 day intro pack and didn’t spend more money because clearly I’m not going to get my 30 days worth here. I’ll keep going to inner light and HYEN where I can actually take a class without a problem and without the studio playing favorites.

::Went to sold out Rooftop Yoga and Mimosas. Absolutely Amazing! Lauren did an awesome job. Tickets were sold out and I can definitely see why. Loved that shaded areas were an option too. Can't wait to schedule the next one! Thank you for posting on Facebook Events!

::Wonderful instructors and beautiful studio energy! Moving from California, I was worried I would not be able to find a yoga home in Nashville. Shakti is everything and so much more. There's also a wide variety of classes so whether you are looking Looking for something more challenging or more relaxing, there's a class for you.
