  Never open, take too long to prepare anything. Need to be replace to accommodate hotel and other people

  Stopped by about 7:30 AM to purchase a cup of coffee on my way to work. As I walked in a young man walked in, in front of me. As I stood there patiently waiting it became obvious by the conversation they had he was an employee of the hotel. As she helped him she did not look at me or acknowledge me. No effort to say I’ll be right with you, etc. After he left she asked me what I wanted. After that, she didn’t speak another word. Her lack of customer service skills should be embarrassing to a location in a Westin hotel. Obvious training, or supervision with some coaching, is needed.

  Google has opening time at 6am. Called Westin front desk as this where I'm staying and this cafe was advertised by them and was told it's been 3 years that the time has NOT been updated and is 7am for opening. There was no preparation nor anyone there before opening to have anything prepared for the line already formed due to the incorrect posted and advertised time given to guest. Once i ordered i waited 30 min for 2 microwaved sandwiches, a hot coffee and one iced coffee which took the longest because they did not even have ice ready or an ice machine in the cafe. A gentleman brought it from somewhere else in the building. The employee had urgency and friendliness but still i think the Westin hotel, being the short she had on said, needs a better preparation plan especially if you are going to advertise an earlier opening time than when it is physically open as this was my third time and day attempting to make an order from this cafe. Not to mention giving starbuck's a bad name on readiness as my total wait time from going down to cafe as opening advertised to walking out with my order was 1 hour and 30 min!!!
