::The valet and the people working there were great! Responsive and quick. The food and beverages provided for our meeting for was fantastic. What was not good- the shower in our room never drained and despite telling the lobby desk, nothing came of it. The biggest issue was despite being part of an event at the hotel with many guests, the manager and front desk staff would not extend the room to allow a private, safe, clean place to breastfeed my child. There are NO lactation rooms and offering to open up a room but not give me a key is NOT acceptable. Telling me to feed my child in a bathroom is NOT acceptable (would you eat your lunch over a toilet?!). Telling me to nurse in the atrium because "no one is there" is NOT acceptable. Completely open space and our EVENT with hundreds of people was in the atrium. DO BETTER! It is 2023 and there should be reasonable accommodations for people feeding their children. I know I wasn't the only one who ran into this issue either as there was at least 2 others who were breastfeeding/pumping.

::Had a lovely time here honeymooning. Room was exceptional and roomy. Great service touches from check in (Vincent set us up with a glass of wine while we waited) ... Incredible customer service. Vincent made us feel like celebrities. Vincent constantly found new ways to make us feel valued. It's very hard to find this level of customer service from staff members now, ( In any in industry ). Sadly we did not receive the same level of service from the valet at check in..Vincent was excellent and made our stay memorable and enjoyable. The best front desk experience that we have received from any hotel stay in a very long time.

::Stayed for a conference and while the hotel could use a refresh here is everything I loved about my stay. The room was quiet! At no point did I ever hear people in the hall way. The mini fridge has a quick cool which was very nice for those humid days. The conference food was amazing which is always a surprise. The staff was friendly and very helpful

::I went here for my birthday two years ago and it was amazing. Our room overlooked Centennial Park and had a stunning view of downtown Atlanta. The staff was incredible. They made sure we had everything we needed, and even brought a microwave for our guests when we requested it. I wish I could remember the guys name who helped us, he was great as well.

::Left a two star review on half elevators out of service and the hotel being understaffed. Hotel responded that they were sorry half the elevators were out of service and that this was a know condition. They did not let guests know they were at 50% elevator capacity. I walked up 8 floors twice when the lines were too long. I left a message for the person who responded and did not hear back while on property. Little confidence that I was actually leaving a message for the person I asked to speak to. Well located property but if they are not in full service mode they should let guests know. $1,800 for 3 nights. Front desk staff who felt “harassed” if you complained about the elevators. They made it seem like it was an unexpected outage. Poor service, poor communication, high prices.
