  This is a GD shame that I have been trying to contact this HUD office on Marietta Street in Atlanta Georgia since 2014 to no avail! No one answers the phone, emails, or letters that I have been sending. As of late I had two people call me who said they were with customer service and they could not assist me with anything. Soooo why return the phone call? I get nowhere with HUD office in Washington I get nowhere with HUD here in Atlanta Georgia so who in the Samuel Jackson do you call trying to get a hold of someone? I do not understand why they have these jobs these positions because no one does anything I would hate to go down there because I fear that I will get physical with them because they do not return phone calls letters or emails they don't care about what is going on with the people that they are supposed to be helping nobody in Washington cares nobody is responding to anything it's not even going to help if I go to the news that's not even going to push these people to do anything all of these people in these positions need to be fired!

  No body answers this phone. I don’t know who to call to resolve my problems. 3 months without bathrooms at all. And know body care under section 8. My floor is collapsing. Many inspection with any resolution. Anything on the photo is it installing or working.

  I’m not sure what’s going on I’ve been trying to contact hud office for a few weeks now with no answer about one of there property owners trying to scam me and request personal private information from me that they don’t need to be requesting I called around to a few places that my information was being sent to and even they said that the people that work there shouldn’t be asking for that information and they only needed this information from me back as I go back to try to get my utility check they denied me of it lying saying we need a copy of ur credit card and passwords to some of ur accounts with ur user name they have violated my rights by using my personal information to call my Childsupport case over the phone accessing my personal information which that it’s a security risk and there not supposed to I have kids 3 and I’m pregnant almost 8 months now my information and my kids information it’s possibly at risk and no one from the office it’s helping me no one it’s calling me back and no one it’s giving me a good number to actually reach them back by this apartment complex it’s scamming people out of money people who have family and kids that’s wrong someone needs to fire these people at hickory park apartments maintenance as well no one here it’s following the hud rules or guidelines here the staff it’s requesting and violating personal information and don’t even care if the residents knows there own rights they continue to lie and the maintenance staff will not fix anything there just here listing to everything the staff says and if there mad at u they will tell maintenance not to fix anything I’ve been going through this for more then 5 years and no one it’s helping me a lawyer will be called and this case and I am gonna want everyone fired who are not doing there job right and that includes maintenance as well!!!! Me and a few other residents were charged unauthorized fee of $50 around tax time for no reason because the office staff do not wanna hire security for there own residents protection me and a few other residents were told to go approach The gang members and have them move off of our breezeways ourselves and to also tell them to clean up there own trash here this apartment complex hickory park apartments which it’s partner with hud public housing needs to be check there also stating that national housing noncompliance it’s not there office and that they do not work with them!!! There not telling anyone who they work for who they are or why there doing what there doing to residents!!!!!
