  This Place Is A Joke Stop Supporting Companies That Rip Their Customers Off. They Wanted me to pay 35$ for a plug of theirs that broke, and the gem fell out. I take care of my stuff and jewelry seeing is I'm a TATTOO ARTIST. Will Never order again from These People in Fact I Will Rejoice Once They Go Out of Business. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GOOGLE SEARCH ORGANIC PLUGS and stay away from these rip off artists. You Can Find THEIR "HOMEADE" plugs anywhere, especially the ones with multiple wood and gems for 1/4 their price.... Added* that's fine I'll update my review with my order...and pictures of your overpriced garbage product. Along with your employees asking me to send 35.00 for a replacement plug.

  I've been buying from Omerica for yrs. They're the only company we buy our gauges from. Such amazing products! We just relocated to Colorado and we're wondering if there is an actual store we could visit?

  These guys are awesome. I ordered two pairs, received them quick and decided they were a little too small (I went bigger in between ordering and receiving). Decided to return them for a larger size - no problem. Something went wrong with my shipping (my fault) and decided to change the size again. Erin was in touch with me the whole time making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Excellent selection, high quality. I will be buying from them again.

  I've been buying plugs from Omerica Organic for many years now. I remember when they had only a few styles. Their growth over the years is stunning, and every new style is a work of art. Nowadays, they are the only company I buy from! When I get my plugs and other jewelry in the mail, it's always packaged with care and quite clearly crafted individually with the customers satisfaction in mind. Whenever I've wanted help with a product they've gone above and beyond. I had a custom pendant made for my mom years ago, and their responsiveness in helping me with the design process was really involved (probably why they don't do custom anymore). I lost a plug once and they were really helpful during the process of replacement. If you follow them on Facebook or subscribe to their emails, you'll get the hookup with fairly regular deep discounts. I'm finally writing my review because I got my order today, and it's so gorgeous, as always. I'm reminded how much I love this company. I tell all my friends about them all the time, so this review is very overdue. Thanks for keeping it real, Omerica, you're the best out there!

  I ordered a pair of plugs from Omerica Organics, when they arrived they were a little too small & emailed a request to exchange ( I DID NOT open the product as instructed... this is important!). Alejandra got back to me promptly once they received my return. They not only exchanged my plugs, they custom made a pair that would fit. I received the second pair, again promptly, & they were perfect! So perfect, I (literally) immediately ordered a second custom pair of plugs & used the generous 20% discount coupon they sent. GREAT customer service & company.
