  Extremely unpleasant people, rude and discourteous, greedy. Never again, if u don't like dealing with people find another occupation. Don't waste your time in this store.

  Got a Suzuki SX4 from them for my wife. Awesome price. Great condition. Didn't pass emissions the first time because it turned out the catalytic converter was going out and they replaced it free of charge. Best car deal I ever made

  Amazingly inept, idiotic and unequipped to be in the industry they are in. I brought my AR in to sell. One lady googles the lower receiver and finds a blog from 2014. The first line says "ATF rules Plum Crazy polymer receivers ILLEGAL". Then she googles again and finds a shop selling them to be out of stock. So she calls the owner and says "A blog says the gun is illegal and it looks like they are of business". She makes these assumptions from 2 seconds on the internet. So I went home and looked up the article myself...If this mentally defective staff member would have read the blog further it clearly states that Gen I lowers from Plum Crazy that were made BEFORE 2011 were not compliant with ATF regs. Mine was clearly Gen II which they started making very recently and are in full compliance with the ATF. If the boss is ever curious if they could be doing better, they could. With unhelpful lazy people like this behind the counter he is definitely missing deals. I went to 2 other shops and they both offered me more than what I thought I would get. But some how National Pawn and their incompetent staff with a solid degree from Google University wouldn't take it even after I offered to let them speak to my FFL that sold it to me to clear things up. If the only way employees can see if something has value or not is by using google and they have no idea what they are looking for and are too lazy to finish reading 1 paragraph to get full information...take a guess how good they will be at their job? You guessed it, terrible. AVOID AVOID AVOID this joke of a business.

  This is to the gentleman who was upset with "the little girl running the show" I am that girl, and my attitude reflects on how I am treated in my shop, I remember you, and as i had told you, at that point in time gold was low, and what you had was not worth nearly 3K, while you go online to slam people for doing their jobs, remember that in this business our attitude towards you reflects on how you treat us, if you are kind. we will be the same way towards you. We are here to help you. and my apologies for being rude, or offering an insulting amount. I just work here, I have a boss, and have rules to follow. good day sir.
