This place is fine. It just seems that olive garden is becoming such a commonplace restaurant that even the service is suffering. I remember when it was "a nice place" to eat but it's starting to tank, mostly due to service. No, we weren't treated badly and everything went fine except for the lack of attention and sincerity in the service. It just feels like we are rushed in and out and herded like cattle. Make conversation and smile people, there are several places I could have chosen but I chose olive garden... At least act like you appreciate my business. I hope they get back on their game

The frozen drinks we ordered were horrible, they were water flavored posing as frozen. Our salad was room temperature instead of a cool crisp temperature. The restaurant reeks of funk upon entrance of the building. This location is the only location that has a pungent smell wafting you in the face upon entrance. They need better ventilation.

We went to this location for Mother's day dinner and don't get me wrong, we understand that it is pretty busy on this holiday. However that doesn't excuse the fact that our appetizer was raw, we received no bread sticks, plastic to go cups for drinks and our waitress came to our table maybe two times within a half hour period, while the bigger tables got served quite a few more times more. Needless to say we left before we received our meal , we did offer to pay for what we had already received which was an alcoholic beverage and drinks. The floor manager did foot the bill for us except the alcohol , and put our ordered food into a to go container. We actually left this Olive Garden and went to the one on Altamere. The service there was great, the waitress was at our table just as much as the big ones and the manager Chris even came over to greet us and ask how we we're doing. This is what I call customer service. The waitress there had received a 30 dollar tip from our little table of 4. I normally don't write reviews and I do normally give second chances, but this place will not be receiving our business ever again.

I've eaten at Olive Garden my entire life. I've loved it for just as long. But ever since they got rid of the chicken con broccoli, it hasn't been the same. That was my favorite dish in the entire world. I quit going after they got rid of it. After not going there for several years, my husband and I went for our 15th anniversary in October. I should've known better. It just wasn't as good as we remember it. Since there's no chicken con broccoli, there's nothing there for me anymore. I've tried just about everything there, and none of it is as good as the chicken con broccoli was. It's a shame. Bring back chicken con broccoli, and I'll be there weekly!!

My whole life Olivia Garden was my favorite restaurant, until I moved to Fort Worth and went to this location multiple times.. The first 3-4 visits the service was poor and the food was poor quality as well. The last visit I ordered the chicken pasta dish off the gluten free menu and the gluten free chicken for my son. Both our food came out breaded with normal wheat pasta... I asked the server to replace it with the meal on the gluten free menu... 20 minutes later returned with the chicken fixed but still wheat pasta. At this point I got the manager who comped my meal, and got it out right. The food was disgusting! Our server never came back to check on us or get us refills. Another server apologized for our server being so busy, but what I don’t understand is why the 5 other servers standing around at the host stand couldn’t come help their coworker that needed help! Employees need to be trained better about food allergies, especially since they have a menu offering allergy free foods. Will definitely not come back here. I gave it plenty of chances, and it just keeps disappointing.
