  I tried out the clean and fold service and was very happy with the results. My good shirts were hung up and everything else neatly folded. Price was very good for the service as well.

  I have been going to this laundromat for the last few months. We spend about $15-$20 per week at this laundry mat. Everyone has always been nice and polite. The owner always seems interested in his customers and seems to connect very easily with people. My husband restores old Mercedes Benz's and the owner seems to enjoy the few stories I've told him of the old cars my husband repairs. Until today I enjoyed bringing my toddler to their facility. My 2 year old toddler has a bad blister on her foot. I walked in the laundry mat holding my shoeless 2 year old and holding a bunch of her stuffed animals. I didn't allow her to walk at all. When we got to the TV section I stood her in front of the chair so she could climb up and watch tv until we were done loading the clothes. The woman working was behind the counter across the room. She stood up and said "SHE CAN'T BE IN HERE WITHOUT SHOES." So we got up and left. I understand a place of business have policies, but the woman could've walked over and politely said my 2 year old needed shoes. It's not as though my daughter was running around their laundromat within shoes on. I was holding her. The only time her barefoot touched the ground was when I sat her down to climb on the chair. If the woman had come over to politely talk to me I could have showed her my daughter's blister and I would've taken my daughter back to the car. I didn't realize it was illegal to hold a toddler without shoes on. She never ran around barefoot nor would I have let her. When I walked back out of their business holding my daughter the woman walked behind their dry cleaner section and hid. Unfortunately we will be going to more of a family friendly establishment. I'm not asking for my daughter to receive special treatment because she's a toddler, but it would've been nice if the lady took the time to walk over and nicely told us she wasn't allowed to be in the place without shoes. Also there was a 5 or 6 year old boy without a shirt and the lady never said anything to him. If there is a no shoes policy I would think there would be a no shirt policy as well.

  Their wash & fold service isn't charged by weight, unlike every where else. It's charged as either a $12 "small load" or $18 "big load". When I dropped off my laundry, the lady there told me it would "most likely be a $12 small load", but she couldn't be sure and it would depend on the person who washed it the next day. When I picked it up, I was shocked to be charged $18. The lady weighed my laundry: 12 pounds. That's $1.50/lb! For comparison, changin time in homestead only charges 80 cents a pound. I'm not mad that it was 1.50 a pound. I'm mad that they blindsided me with an $18 bill when I was lead to believe I'd have a $12 bill.

  This is a very clean, very pleasant place to do laundry. There are ladies there at all time to help if you need assistance, they are very friendly also. An area to sit, watch TV and read lots of magazines. Rest rooms are very well kept also.
