::Been coming here for years now and nevwr had any problems, but beware, if you put change into someone elses machine by accident, employees will not help you at all. Even if you are down a few bucks from that mistake. Great customer service in a good way on most days with the better employees, bad service with the newer employees. And i mean terrible. "The machines dont spit coins back out." Well you can at least refund 29 mins or 8 quarters for me.

::Best laundromat in the area. Clean facility, lots of washers and dryers, free WiFi. There's a TV to watch, massage chairs, and plenty of outlets if you need to do some work on your laptop. The staff is friendly and helpful.

::I would give this place zero stars if I could because of the quality of their equipment and the attitude of their workers. Their dryers run WAY too hot. The dryers destroyed some of my cotton shirts. Plus, my clothes that weren't destroyed were literally scalding when I tried to take them out of the dryer. This happens even when you dry your clothes at a medium temperature, and even for only 24 minutes. When I told the people running the place about what happened, and simply asked them to have the dryers checked out (I didn't ask to be reimbursed for the cost of my shirts, or even for a refund), they turned all defensive and told me that I dried the clothes too hot (which I didn't do, given the setting I tried to use), I left them in too long (which I also didn't do), or that I should have dried them at an even lower temperature (duh, their hindsight is 20/20). Avoid the hassles and go elsewhere. They simply don't care about the quality of their services.

::Newer and we'll maintained machines are vast in quantity. ATM on site. Friendly staff. Free WiFi. Only cons are very limited parking (although I've been lucky enough to find a space all but one time), no bathroom (but if the beer store is open and you make a small purchase and are friendly they will let you use theirs for your child if you have one), and the laundromat does full service so weekdays during the day the machines can be occupied by the business itself. We've used several local laundromats and this is the best.
