Literally waited almost 20 minutes in line to get to the register to basically be told they couldn't assist without other receipt πŸ˜”πŸ˜” i went to the car and called customer service and "Marcus" went above and beyond. . " He took the initiative to get the information because the receipt I had had the date and transaction number. This young man called and spoke to the manager ... Provided her the info she needed for refund and reassured me that I could go back in the store for a resolution. 😠 Trudy may need some better customer service training though... Bland and I feel like as management and a store she could've been more willing to help to resolve the issue.... Not the first time ...

The line is ALWAYS the most time consuming part of my visits to this location.

This Old Navy seems to be in a constant state of disorganized chaos. It's always a mess in here.

β˜†The customer service is decent at best, the workers kind of do their own thing and chat among each other. The manager however is friendly and walks around working and checking on customers. The clothes are mostly organized(It's holiday season) however that is by far the dirtiest Old Navy, I've ever been to. Trash and caked up dust everywhere. (I'm not sure if you can tell from the pic but those bottles had thin layers of dust and dirt) Not my first choice to go back to.β˜†
