  Walked in looking for a nice pair of jeans I was about to give up and go home, I couldn't find the fit i wanted in Levi's or at Calenders, my younger nephew mentioned Buckle and thought I'd visit. I was met with a warm greeting which I hardly get anywhere. I found a nice set of pants shook the sales guys hand for the respect and time I was given. I left happy.

  Customer service training must have been written by Harvey Weinstein. The employees will not take no for an answer. All I want to do is be left alone. Now I feel dirty.
