  Wanted to run in and out but the lines ALWAYS seemed to be long for NO real reason. It can get A bit messy and sloppy. No real help on the floor.

  Lucky you got one star...the clothes quality is extremely bad and it cost too much money. Old Navy....you need to do better.

  I enjoy all kinds of Old Navy fashion, but get disappointed at the lack or organization at their stores. The clothes are not arranged properly, and i often find myself lost, for long periods, in a bittomless pile of tees or jeans searching for my size/color and no one to offer assistance. Many times leaving without help or a purchase. 😒
