I love my Doctor, but the office staff here is terrible. Considering switching because I always end up leaving angry. I had a 7:45 appointment, but online it says the office doesn’t open until 8, so I showed up at 8, there was a line, so by the time I got up to the desk, it was a few minutes after 8 and I was considered over 15 minutes late and marked as a No Show. Maybe I’m being unreasonable, but that just pisses me off. I have to change my schedule at work to come to appointments, and I’m an established patient. There’s no way they’re that behind schedule by 8 am that I could no longer be seen for a follow up appointment. Forget it, it was a follow up. I’m not even going to bother to reschedule. I bet I get charged for the “no show” appointment too. Our health care system has to change, it’s just ridiculous as it is.

Nurse Practitioners seem to do what they want in the office. All paperwork should be reviewed by a MD. As a group this place does not listen to the patients but instead prescribe wrong medication, misdiagnose, and misdirect patients. How can you go home smiling about your work day knowing you put someone’s life at risk! Not recommended!! And now you just Killed him!!
