  Was looking for an item that was on sale but not stocked in the store :( Felix came to the rescue, ordered my item, with free shipping, and rang up my other items. Very helpful and professional. I'll be happy to have his assistance on my next visit.

  The staff (a lady) was rude. I greeted her and the response was not good. I gave 2 stars because I found what I wanted.

  I was given a desk for Christmas and was told that the delivery company (CEVA) would be contacting me yesterday with the time frame they would be coming today. No call. When I called CEVA the woman told me that it would was coming by 9pm last night (!?) and I said it was just after 9pm and that's not what I was told. She then said it would come on Thursday when it was supposed to come today (Wednesday). When I asked to speak with her manager, she changed it again and said it would come today between 8:30am - 5pm. I said that was a chunk of time and what SPECIFIC time frame would it be delivered, She said she didn't know. I proceeded to call the Office Depot Manager who said he couldn't do anything and that they will call me before they are delivering it and that it should be before noon today. The truck pulled up at 9am. I received no call. I was told they would place it upstairs in my office area, and the guy said no he couldn't do that. On my receipt that the delivery man gave me, it says it was to be delivered today and LEFT AT THE FRONT DOOR! This is so disappointing. First time experience with this company was horrible.

  Had a bad experience here. Most of the co workers had attitudes. You can tell no one wanted to be there specially to help customers. At one point durning checking out I had to ask someone else to help me. Other employees looked over but no one stepped up to help. So the older guy that was helping me gave me even more of a attitude and even yelled at my child when he was just standing there watching. So I walked out. Never going back. Rude place. I never had anything like that happen to me.
