    Overall this place has been quite disappointing. I purchased my car there a little over a year ago. The car is fine so I have no issues with that. My first bad experience was with my tires. I went in for an oil change, paid my bill and moved on with my day. Later on I was reviewing my receipt and noticed my tires were red on the inspection sheet but no one mentioned there were tire issues when I paid my bill. I also received a survey call. I let them know about my experience and if you would have let me know you would have been able to sell me tires and the oil change. Instead you got $50 and I paid someone else $800 for new tires. They didn’t seem to care and I never got a follow-up call. Today I tried to schedule an oil change. It took several minutes to find my information and they were asking basic questions about my car. I indicated I purchased my car there and have had several service requests so you should have basic info about my car. I bought an extended warranty so I asked if I had to get my oil change here. I shared my frustration. The gentleman said no and had no comment other than you can go somewhere else. Apparently they don’t need or want my business.

    Ray was great! We highly recommend you work with him. He is very knowledgeable. He answered our questions and was very patient with us. He never pressured us and we visited him 3-4 times prior to making our new car purchase. We feel we received a great deal and we love our new Honda Clarity! A special shout-out goes to Steven who always warmly greeted us and made us feel welcome. Thank you Steven and Ray! What a great team! Thank you, we couldn't be happier.

    About what you would expect from car salesmen. Cheesy tactics, zealously defending their initial offer of Over charging for their car while low balling you on your trade in. They all like to use nice words and phrases, but don’t let it fool you. I wouldn’t be surprised if their weekly training consists of what phrases to use to trick the customer. If you do your research though and know what you can expect to pay, you can eventually work them down to a good deal. Although, as a side note for you’re improvement O’Daniel, I was easily able to tell when the finance person was trying to butter me up for the extended warranty and GAP insurance. It’s an instant turn off. Maybe the tactic has some proven results, but i found it insulting. Edit: They refuse to cancel the GAP insurance that they talked me into. The finance person said I could cancel any time. Whenever I call no one helps. I go to the dealership and they are busy. Very sketchy. My info: Kevin Baughman 2015 Honda Civic.

    I leased a 2018 Hr-v EX from these O'Daniels this week and I love it! I got a great deal! I was in an Accord lease and the process was seamless. My salesman Steven Andrews, was fantastic he worked hard for me to get the monthly payment I wanted. He never felt pushy and truly listened to me I was not just another sale, I was a person. I came in 45 min. before closing on a Monday night, you would have thought it was 10 am because I never felt pressured or rushed. I was there well after close and he and his team did everything in their power and bent over backwards to get me into the car I wanted at the payment I needed. I would highly recommend getting your Honda here. Me and my family will be working with Steven and O'Daniel Honda soon to get my wife a car!     I recently leased a 2018 Hr-v from these guys and I love it! I got a great deal, they took my car for a more than fair trade-in to help their customer. My salesman was Justin Billiou who was fantastic and never felt pushy like other places had during my search. I was there well after close and he and his team did everything in their power and bent over backwards to get me in the best car and price for my needs. I would highly recommend getting your Honda here. Me and my family will be working with Justin in the future, absolutely.
