  They recently replaced my transmission, and I was so impressed with the treatment I received and the work they did. They worked with me & my situation, were respectful and incredibly professional. I cannot say enough good things about my experience & would highly recommend them.

  Certified Transmission is legit & so are all the raving reviews! Everyone driving a car hopes to find a regular mechanic they can trust 100%, LOOK NO FURTHER! They are honest, experts, communicative and genuinely care about not just your car but your experience with them from start to finish! In this day & time we live in, it’s REALLY hard for me to trust any car mechanic shops but a few days ago I needed a serious mechanic shop for a seemingly serious issue to my truck. I NEED my truck! I have been spoiled & not needed any mechanic for years...so I pulled up Google & decided on Certified Transmission based on local business reputation & the google ratings. No one wants to read ALL the details but I can honestly say, these folks COULD have told me I needed major truck surgery. I would have believed & been on the hook for some serious expenses. But instead they tested, drove & tested again, then called me for additional details, history, etc. Then they made conservative suggestions to try cheaper options first. It didn’t resolve everything so they called again, went back in & did a little more. So on & so on. They worked, kept troubleshooting & NAILED it!! When I went to pick it up, I expected to pay serious labor cost for ALL they did & how much time they put into diagnostic & troubleshooting...yet I was only charged exactly what was quoted & what I agreed to on parts, etc. I will ALWAYS take my family vehicles to the guys I now trust 100% at Certified Transmissions!!

  I was very impressed by the level of professionalism shown by the people that work at Certified Transmission. They gave me daily updates with what was going on with my truck. Kyle Moore took me step-by-step through what was going on with my truck in the results were more than I was expecting, at a cost lower than what I was expecting. I would definitely refer Certified Transmission to anyone who had issues with their vehicle. I was beyond impressed like I said

  I have had two vehicles with transmission issues after just purchasing them as is... This team at certified has made sure to take care of me and my vehicles each time.. They didn't throw parts at my car.. they got down to the problem and fixed it fast.. A lot of other shops wanted to throw parts and try things and telling me it was an issue that had already been replaced numerous of times..I'm glad I ended up taking them here.. both are running and working perfectly.. I can't thank them enough.. They saved me money by getting to the bottom of the issue.. we Would recommend them to anyone having transmission issues.. they truly care about there customers. Thank You!

  Kyle is so helpful! I called them regarding a transmission flush after having one the previous year at a chain store. THIS IS NOT A YEARLY SERVICE IF DONE CORRECTLY. Not only did he provide a quote for the work immediately, but he took the time to explain the entire process and made sure I had a complete understanding. Their availability was same-week and the customer service was phenomenal. I would recommend them to anyone needing transmission work. Prices are competitive and quality work is guaranteed. They are also well connected to other local small businesses and can give you great referrals to other shops that will do good work. Vehicles are an expensive investment and you can trust this business with your investment!
