  Went to the deer park, ny store after buying a propane fire pit there for $160. It came with a 10% rebate off blue rhino gas. Walk into store next day with exchange tank and was told this store does not have gas, so why is it in the circular for $18 and it should say where available. What a crock.

  After the clerk Theresa and I greated each other, I started to ask a question regarding paying for my items... the employee then turns her back and started talking to another employee... I politely said excuse me I asked you a question and I was being rude and that I needed to wait. Really?! How? I have never been so embarrassed in my life. All in front of my 7 year old daughter. This was my first time visiting this store and needless to say it will be my last. Employees need to be trained in communications and Customer Service skills because its clearly non existent. Other than that the store did have a lot of everyday items for great prices.
