::Decent gym with three floors carrying a great variety of exercise machines covering almost all kinds. Weights range to 150lbs. The gym also has a dance studio in the basement with mirrors on the walls. I could use some massage chairs in here.

::Great machines and fitness classes. Dance room with mirror is awesome, but usually too crowded to actually dance in.

::Great equipment but crowded during rush hours. My suggestion: go early morning or early afternoon so that you don’t need to wait in line for squat and bench.

::Great equipment and facility but the staff is awful. I asked for the spray bottle and got a terrible attitude for asking a simple question. Also I always see the staff horsing around and physically pushing each other around while I workout
