  NY HVAC has been very helpful as we have been getting our retail store front up and running. Their persistent assistance alerted us to an unseen problem with the A/C that was causing ice to build up and would have eventually lead to the unit breaking. Thank you for your help!

  I have found my NY plumber. Professional, clean and great work! I had to have my tub snaked, new shower head installed, but the real 5 stars are for the installation of my hot water heater. Its in an extremely tight space - they found an old model that would fit and spent over six hours making sure it was right. Zsolt kept his sense of humor and made sure everything was working to my liking before he left. I could not have had better service for a fair price. Highly recommended.

  The technician arrived on time, which was impressive considering I'd only made the appointment the same morning. The tech in charge came in first while the others got their equipment out of the truck, and went over the paperwork with me. He took a look around, and presented an estimate that was a bit higher than I was expecting. I pointed out that their dispatch told me that their services would be less than this, and showed her the email estimate I received. He explained that their dispatch service had calculated a rate based on a smaller unit than mine, but said they could make it work with the lower price. I'm really glad the people on the ground are flexible enough to make adjustments on the fly. That alone earned some respect.
