  I have had such a positive experience with NY City Blinds! The blinds we have in our new apartment are beautiful and we were able to pick from a variety of options. We were even given a free consultation before putting down any money. Not only do they have amazing products, but NY City Blinds has excellent customer service. When one of our blinds was difficult to open, we called the company and Andrii came to our apartment to deal with the issue. He fixed our blinds within five minutes!   Andrii and Arthur did an excellent job installing our new drapes! They spent a good 90 minutes just steaming them once they were hung to make sure there were no wrinkles. Thanks guys!

  The whole process was excellent, from Leo at the store to Andrii and Arthur with the installation. They had plenty of options and extensive knowledge about their products. The price was within market. The installation was hassle free. Andrii and Arthur were very professional and answered all my questions.
