  My experience here today was great. The representative, Josh, who helped us was very courteous, respectful, bilingual and answered all of our questions elaborate and accurate. Will definitely come back!!

  This is probably one of the best purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. Josh, the sales rep is a real professional. Such class! Such Kindness! I am very pleased with the process. He helped me out immensely. Josh was super patient and really seemed like he cared. I hope his management realizes the gem they have.

  Went to Mattress Firm a few times undecided about purchasing a mattress until I went today and Joshua Batres helped me out. He was extremely knowledgeable, was pleasant and extremely helpful. Needless to say I walked out of there with my new mattress order. I am a VERY happy customer. Do ask for him if you are looking to purchase a new mattress. You won’t be disappointed!!

  Thanks to Josh our visit at Mattress firm was beyond excellent. We went in for a pillow and left with two. We will definitely be returning for our bedroom set when we move in to our next apartment. Great service!
