  5 star all the way. These guys were simply amazing and I am a very critical person. They welcomed me warmly, listened to everything I said, nothing was too much to ask for, they took their time with me, took loads of photos of me wearing the dresses, the shop was always clean and neatly presented. They all bent over backwards to help me find my dream Pronovias Atelier dress and make it possible for me. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase my dream dress from Novella in the end, purely because I live in the UK and the customs tax and all the rest was too much for a UK resident. I have been to so many shops in SF and this store was hands down, the best. No customer service in the UK has beaten this store, even the actual Pronovias store on London. If you want a spacious dressing room, happy vibes, welcoming atmosphere and people who actually care about how you will look on your big day, go to these guys and ask for Beth!

  This was a great first dress shop to visit! The shop was beautiful and they had tons of amazing dresses. Emma made me feel comfortable immediately and reassured me that she was there to help me find a dress that I loved, not one my friends loved. She also made sure to that we only looked at dresses within my budget, and would only show me a more expensive dress if I gave the price the okay first. Can’t recommend them enough!

  Had a fantastic experience at Novella, from the initial shopping appointment to the phenomenal alterations process. They also price matched my gown when I found it at another store for less, which was great! The woman in charge of alterations knows what she's talking about and gladly gives you her honest opinion and is very decisive on what looks best for your body and dress. Fantastic shop and staff! Also on a quiet street with ample street parking but I was able to walk to the store each appointment. Great range of designers in their store as well, covering all types of styles. They also don't pressure you to buy the dress that day. They treat you as more than just a sale, which is appreciated when you go and shop at other stores and see how you're treated. They don't try to just get you in and out and cash in. They're there to help you and provide feedback if you ask and want to make sure you're comfortable and get what you feel perfect in.   Absolutely love dresses there, great selection and nice venue for gown styling. All the staffs are super friendly and chill, love my consultant Sabrina :D Highly recommended for any brides-to-be.

  Helped my friend shop for her wedding gown here. Very friendly staff and a lot of options for reasonable prices. They did a great job accessorizing the dresses that she was interested in.
