This is a big store! It's on 4-5 different stories and each floor is dedicated to a certain type of apparel.

Best Nike town in the Bay Area! Love the display of the rare air Jordan collection and 7 stories of sneakers and gear.

I love anything Nike but I just didn’t really like this store. Not a lot of variety of stuff. Didn’t have what I was looking for, even though I found it at Macy’s across the street.

On the same day, the first time I came with my husband the staff were helpful but not really attentive to customers when asking for sizes on apparel. For shoes, the customer service was spot on. Second time walking into the store on the first day, I almost had an anxiety attack. Staff were overwhelmed in the women’s floor (first floor); I had a staff member help me with an item I wanted shipped to an alternative address and she handed me off to another shop member whom she didn’t specify or introduce me to. I was left in the store waiting for 30 minutes until I decided to walk up to the cashier holding the shoe I wanted to purchase online in order to receive some help! Can you imagine, not one single staff member could help me as they were all going to the back room disappearing for a long period of time. I would only recommend this store in terms of finding the latest styles, but do not come here expecting to be serviced as a regular customer! Always know what you want to buy in advance and go for it, otherwise you will spend a lot of heavy waiting time for someone to help you out.

Huge store, great selection, and friendly staff. If you want a Nike product, whether it's a new release or a throwback item, chances are you can find it in this 7 story Nike store. The store is well staffed, so there are plenty of Nike employees to help you. Every employee can take your payment, so there's no need to stand in line. FYI - the restrooms are on the 8th floor. You can't reach them on the escalator, so you have to take the elevator.
