  Horrible experience. I have been back to this sorry excuse of a body shop over 15 times resulting from a fender bender in August. The Slimy Lizard or shall I say Gecko has a contract with them called auto express its supposed to take like 9 days or less and I got fooled into trusting them. It took from Aug 10- Sep 30th to get my car back. It was a nightmare they kept on changing managers & Techs and had one excuse after another and the parts didnt fit. The techs couldn't line up the fender or they wold forget to replace a part that resulted in me not excepting faulty work and paying 500$ deductible. I had to keep the rental car that resulted in me maxing out my 1500 dollar rental expense with Geico and the body shop covering the rest of the enterprise fee. The situation sucked I just wanted to be whole again. Fyi the work never did get done properly and they did more damage to my car during the repair. I just washed my hands of them and went on with my life i was so sick of them. They got my car "close" to being right, then a month later the new fender liner flew off on 820. The thought of this place makes me sick. Spare yourself and go somewhere else!

  Complete paint on my wife's car. Beautiful job, still looks new a year later.

  I have never been so frustrated with the level of customer service anywhere. They never updated me on my vehicle and when I did call them, the ladies would place me on hold for so long that the phone would hang up. When I finally got my car back after a month and a half, they left trash in the trunk. Do not go take your car here unless you don’t mind being treated like you don’t matter... Especially if you have a Volkswagen (because they ordered the wrong parts several times) Also, the Geico representative, Damon, completely sucks, full of lies, and I’ll be switching insurance companies. And to add the icing on the cake, they damaged my hood and said I did it.

  Great people. They finished my car well ahead of schedule and kept more informed the whole time. They did an excellent job on my car too.

  I thought great honest service and repair had died with my uncle's in the Automotive industry. But this place I loved their work and now I feel that I just can't do without them. Best shop in the world with Great people as well. I do all types of repair work from your front curb to the back fence, I even live broadcast the Christ Truth League Church service on YouTube @ ( Miller White Jr ). But I don't want to do automotive work, besides I couldn't do work like theses guys done for me. Thanks North Texas Collision Center, you just made a life long customer with me. And I will tell everyone how Great you are.
